  1.      The 45 RPM Music Company and its parent company, Beacon
  2. Hill House, Publishers are moving into the commercial realm.
  3. Arrangements  are  being  made to incorporate both companies
  4. as separate corporate entities under  the  corporation  laws
  5. of  the  State  of  Nevada  within  the next sixty to ninety
  6. days.  As you may have noticed, Beacon  Hill  House  already
  7. has  its  own  ISBN  Number  and  is  listed as a legitimate
  8. commercial publisher.  Currently, that ISBN is being  shared
  9. with The 45 RPM Music Company.

  11.      The  45  RPM  Music  Company  has  already produced ten
  12. separate MusicBox programs in The MusicBox  Series.   As  we
  13. collect  and/or  produce more ROL, MIDI and CMF music files,
  14. the number of programs available in The MusicBox Series will
  15. be expanded to 15 ...  20 ...  or perhaps more "volumes."

  17.      At  the  same  time,  Beacon Hill House, Publishers, is
  18. busy, as well.   Manuscripts  are  being  converted  to  our
  19. Hypertext/Multi-Media  hybrid  format  that will allow us to
  20. release  at  least  twelve  or  more  "diskbooks"  in  1994.
  21. Several  major  book  distributors have already expressed an
  22. interest in our products.
